Change the narrative!  Get back on the driving sit of your life. Life is more fun being on the driving sit, and creating yours and others happiness. Taking steps to override the unhelpful beliefs is necessary and may be the best way to treat anxiety with avoidance. Self help strategies include graded outing to close friends, family, sports or community centres
